You keep earning. As long as you are still inside the 12 month window, any payment they make counts, including after a break. The 12 months run from their first payment, so coming back does not restart the clock.
Not on branded search terms. Everything else is fine.
No, they are separate. Publishing courses on Youversity earns you a share when other subscribers enrol in them. The affiliate program pays you for bringing new subscribers to Youversity. You can do both.
Anyone planning to post their code on coupon sites, use spam, or make misleading claims about what Youversity does. We remove affiliates for this and withhold the commission.
